Central European Distribution expects to issue new notes on June 19

Pittsburgh, June 11 - Central European Distribution Corp. expects to issue new senior secured notes due 2018 and 10% convertible junior secured notes due 2018 to holders of its senior secured notes due 2016 on June 19, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The new notes are being issued under the company's plan of reorganization, which took effect on June 5.

Central European Distribution said it will issue $465 million of new senior secured notes and $200 million of convertible junior secured notes.

Central European Distribution, a Warsaw-based producer and distributor of alcoholic beverages, filed for bankruptcy on April 7 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-10738.
