New Issue: Citigroup prices $13.29 million 11.5% ELKS linked to Cemex

Chicago, May 20 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $13.29 million 11.5% annualized Equity LinKed Securities (ELKS) due Nov. 20, 2008 linked to American Depositary Receipts of Cemex, SAB de CV, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable at maturity.
Payout at maturity, in addition to interest, will be par of $10 unless Cemex ADRs fall below the trigger price - 75% of the initial price - during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive a number of ADRs equal to $10 divided by the initial share price or, at the holder's option, the equivalent value in cash.
