Cel-Sci regains compliance with Amex

Tampa, Fla., June 8 - Cel-Sci Corp. has received a letter from the American Stock Exchange stating that the company has shown compliance with the requirements necessary for continued listing on Amex, based on the filings of the Sept. 30, 2005 form 10-K and the Dec. 31, 2005 form 10-Q.

Cel-Sci's continuing listing eligibility will be assessed on an ongoing basis.

Cel-Sci develops immune system-based treatments for cancer and infectious diseases and is located in Vienna, Va.
