By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 17 – CDW Corp. was slightly short of its target net leverage range of 2.5x to 3.5x at the end of the last quarter, but the company intends to keep an eye on its capital structure and prioritize hitting its target range.

“[One of our capital allocation priorities is to] continue to be thoughtful about the capital structure and hit a target of net leverage of 2.5x to 3x,” senior vice president and chief financial officer Albert J. Miralles said at the Citi 2021 Global Technology Virtual Conference on Wednesday.

“At second quarter, we were a bit short of that,” he said.

CDW is a Vernon Hills, Ill.-based technology solutions provider to business, government, education and health care organizations.
