Cynergy Data's name changed to CD Liquidation following asset sale

Pittsburgh, Nov. 18 - Cynergy Data, LLC received court approval to change its name to CD Liquidation Co., LLC, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The company said the name change is required under its asset sale agreement.
The Cynergy Prosperity Plus, LLC debtor's name was changed to CD Liquidation Co. Plus, LLC.
Cynergy Data, a New York-based credit card processing service, filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 1. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-13038.
