Moody's: CCM Merger unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that CCM Merger, Inc.'s proposed term loan repricing amendment is a favorable development for the company in that it will benefit interest coverage and be accompanied by $20 million permanent reduction in debt. However, the B3 corporate family rating and stable outlook are unchanged.
