Moody's affirms Carnival

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Carnival Corp.'s and Carnival plc's A3 senior unsecured and Prime-2 short-term ratings.

The outlook remains stable.

Moody's said the affirmation incorporates its view that Carnival's margins and credit metrics will rebound from the negative effect of the Costa Concordia incident as pressure on net revenue yields continues to abate and better net revenue yield environment emerges in 2013.
