Carlson Wagonlit roadshow Wednesday for €285 million 8.5-year notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Oct. 24 - Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Inc. will begin a roadshow on Wednesday for a €285 million offering of 8.5-year senior floating-rate notes (expected ratings B2/B-), according to an informed source.

The offering is expected to price mid-to-late next week.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner.

The notes will come with one year of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the bridge loan used to fund the leveraged buyout of the company.

The prospective issuer is a Paris-based corporate travel services provider.
