Moody's: Caris unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said Caris Diagnostics, Inc.'s move to seek an amendment to its credit facility has no immediate impact on the company's ratings or outlook, including the B2 corporate family rating and B3 probability of default rating.

If the company can complete the necessary amendment to prevent a breach of the financial covenants, Moody's said it would expect to maintain the current ratings and stable rating outlook.

Moody's said it could take negative rating action if the amendment cannot be completed in a timely manner.
