Cargill explores potential dollar-denominated notes issue

Chicago, April 13 – Cargill Inc. (A2/A/A) will be exploring issuing a dollar-denominated issue of notes, according to a market source.

The Minneapolis-based food and agriculture company is first working with investors on a benchmark euro-denominated seven-year senior notes issue with Regulation S distribution.

Separately, the company will look at a dollar-denominated issue.

On the euro deal, the company mandated BNP Paribas (coordinator), Santander and Standard Chartered Bank to arrange investor calls that started on Thursday and will continue through Friday.
