Cardiovascular Systems reports plans to price public sale of shares

Leerink Swann helps fund general corporate purposes, working capital

Knoxville, Tenn., March 19 - Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. plans to price a public offering of common stock with a 30-day greenshoe option, according to a preliminary prospectus supplement filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Leerink Swann is the sole bookrunning manager.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Cardiovascular Systems is a medical device development company located in St. Paul.
