CardioVascular BioTherapeutics plans private placement

New York, March 9 - CardioVascular BioTherapeutics, Inc. has hired C.K. Cooper & Co. as placement agent for a potential private placement.

The terms of the offering have not yet been determined.

Based in Las Vegas, CardioVascular develops protein-based treatments for cardiovascular disease.

On Thursday, the stock closed unchanged at $6.90 (OTCBB: CVBT).
