Consumer Direct cancels merger agreement with DTRT Health

New York, Jan. 5 – Consumer Direct Holdings Inc. terminated its merger agreement with DTRT Health Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday.

By virtue of the termination of the merger agreement, all other ancillary agreements related to the combination terminate in accordance with their terms, the filing said.

The notice terminates the merger agreement as of Jan. 11.

Consumer Direct had planned on getting a $75 million term loan and a $75 million revolving credit facility in connection with the merger.

Consumer Direct is a Missoula, Mont.-based provider of in-home personal care that supports aging adults and individuals with disabilities.
