New Issue: India’s Canara Bank sells $400 million 3 7/8% notes due 2024

Olympia, Wash., March 28 – Canara Bank priced $400 million 3 7/8% notes due 2024, according to a notice.

The lead managers and bookrunners are Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank.

The notes priced out of the bank’s London branch and will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The lender is based in Bangalore, India.
