India’s Canara Bank board set to consider issuance of tier 1 bonds

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 7 – Canara Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on Tuesday to consider raising capital by issuing additional tier 1 bonds.

The lender is based in Bangalore, India.
