Hecla purchases 14 million shares at C$0.18 apiece to fund exploration

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 21 - Canamex Resources Corp. said settled a C$2.52 million private placement of stock. The deal priced on Nov. 19.
The company sold 14 million common shares at C$0.18 per share to Hecla Canada Ltd. The price per share is a 14.29% discount to C$0.21, the Nov. 16 closing share price.
Proceeds will be used in connection with the exploration and development of the company's Bruner property in Nevada and for general corporate purposes.
Canamex is a resource exploration company based in Calgary, Alta.
