Camuzzi Gas Pampeana names ABN, Comafi to lead $50 million note issue

Pittsburgh, Dec. 9 - Caumuzzi Gas Pampeana SA awarded a mandate to ABN Amro Bank NV, Sucursal Argentina and Banco Comafi SA for an up to $50 million note issue.

The notes will be sold off the company's $300 million class 3 notes program, according to a company news release.

On Dec. 7, the company obtained a loan for up to $45 million from the same banks, subject to certain conditions, with a term of three years.

Camuzzi Gas Pampeana is a Buenos Aires natural gas and energy company.
