Fitch rates Camden Property notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A- rating to Camden Property Trust’s planned senior unsecured notes.

The rating is in line with Fitch’s ratings on Camden’s outstanding senior unsecured revolver and notes.

Fitch said it expects the proceeds will be used to pay down all or part of the company's $300 million term loan that matures due in August and for general corporate purposes, which may include property acquisitions and development in the ordinary course of business, capital expenditures and working capital.

The outlook is stable.
