CTP holds Monday calls for benchmark green bond offering

Chicago, Jan. 29 – CTP NV (Baa3/BBB) started investor calls on Monday for a new benchmark euro-denominated offering of six-year senior green bonds, a market source reported.

BNP Paribas, Citi, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, JPMorgan, KBC and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S deal. BNP is coordinating the roadshow.

The notes will be issued under CTP’s euro medium-term note program.

The company started a concurrent offer on Monday for up to €200 million from three existing notes.

CTP is a real estate company that owns and develops business parks in Central and Eastern Europe. The company has offices in Prague and Utrecht, The Netherlands.
