Moody’s cuts California Pizza

Moody’s Investors Service said it downgraded California Pizza Kitchen, Inc.’s probability of default rating to D-PD from Ca-PD/LD following the company’s announcement it started voluntary Chapter 11 proceedings.

All other ratings are unchanged, and the agency said it changed the outlook stable from negative.

Moody’s plans to withdraw all its California Pizza Kitchen ratings.
