Connections Community Support gets interim access to cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., April 23 – Connections Community Support Programs, Inc. received interim approval to use the cash collateral of its pre-petition secured lender, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, according to an order filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Connections is authorized to use the cash collateral through June 30.

A final hearing is scheduled for May 17.

Wilmington, Del.-based Connections Community Support Programs is a not-for-profit health and human services organization that filed bankruptcy on April 19 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10723.
