Fitch gives BBB to CaixaBank notes

Fitch Ratings said it assigned CaixaBank SA's upcoming issue of senior non-preferred notes an expected long-term rating of BBB(EXP).

The introduction of this new debt class does not affect the BBB long-term rating of the bank's outstanding senior debt which, following legislative changes in Spain, will become preferred senior debt.
