Cades markets dollar social notes due 2024 at mid-swaps plus 4 bps area

Chicago, May 17 – Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale is in the market with an offering of dollar-denominated social notes due May 27, 2024, according to a market source.

The notes are being talked in the mid-swaps plus 4 basis points area.

Credit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JPMorgan are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The French debt agency, also known as Cades, is based in Paris.
