Moody’s: CA Immobilien view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed CA Immobilien Anlagen AG’s Baa2 long-term issuer and senior unsecured rating and changed the outlook to negative from stable.

"We changed the outlook to negative following the announcement of a proposed merger with Immofinanz AG," Ramzi Kattan, Moody's vice president and lead analyst for CA Immo, said in a news release.

"The negative outlook is driven by the possibility that the merged entity will have higher leverage and more exposure to weaker Eastern European markets."
