Consulate Health Care reports $1.25 million net loss for June period

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 3 – CMC II, LLC, which does business as Consulate Health Care, reported a $1.25 million net loss on $6.6 million of total revenue for the June period, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In comparison, the company reported a $1.36 million net loss on $6.35 million of total revenue for the May period.

The company listed $2.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as of June 30, compared to $3.34 million at the end of May.

Consulate Health Care is a Maitland, Fla., senior health care services provider. The company filed bankruptcy on March 1 under Chapter 11 case number 21-10461.
