Cablecom Luxembourg talks €300 million 10-year notes at 8% area

St. Louis, Oct. 25 - Cablecom Luxembourg SCA talked its €300 million offering of 10-year senior notes (confirmed B3/expeced CCC+) at the 8% area on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Pricing is expected on Thursday.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner.

The notes will come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to defease the company's 9 3/8% notes due 2014.

Cablecom Luxembourg is a holding company operating cable communications services primarily in Switzerland through its subsidiary Cablecom GmbH.

The company provides services including television, telephone and internet access to residential customers, as well as data and voice services to business customers in Switzerland.
