Cable Communications to redeem €450 million 7½% notes due 2020

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 11 – Cable Communications Systems NV plans to redeem €450 million of its 7½% senior secured notes due 2020, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at 103.75 plus accrued interest on Nov. 8.

Wilmington Trust, NA is the trustee. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, is the paying agent.

Cable Communications is an Amsterdam-based cable TV company.
