Fitch stabilizes CeramTec view

Fitch Ratings said it revised CeramTec BondCo GmbH's outlook to stable from negative, affirmed its long-term issuer default rating at B and withdrew the ratings.

The agency said it withdrew the ratings because CeramTec's debt has been repaid, and the company decided to stop participating in the rating process leaving the agency with insufficient information to maintain the rating.

“The stable outlook reflects a recovery of key credit metrics to pre-pandemic levels that are well within the company's rating sensitivities. Financial figures at end-September 2021 showed a strong revenue and EBITDA recovery driven by higher volumes, productivity improvements and strict cost control,” Fitch said in a press release.
