ConnectiveRx refinances credit facility with recapitalization

New York, March 10 – ConnectiveRx completed a refinancing of its credit facility, according to a news release.

KKR Capital Markets was the lead arranger on the deal.

The refinancing was done in connection with a recapitalization of the company through which Genstar Capital will continue as majority investor and will be joined by funds managed by Harvest Partners SCF LP and funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities as minority investors.

ConnectiveRx is a provider of technology-enabled biopharmaceutical services.
