Casa Systems’ official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., April 16 – Casa Systems, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Avnet, Inc., based in Hoffman Estates, Ill.; Sanmina Corp., based in San Jose, Calif.; Illinois Valley Cellular, LLC, based in Wayne, Pa.; T-Mobile US Inc., based in Bellevue, Wash.; and Caroline Reichert, based in New York.

Casa is a Delaware-incorporated cloud computing and broadband networking company with operations in over 70 countries. The company filed bankruptcy on April 3 under Chapter 11 case number 24-10695.
