California Street CLO XII seeks amendments via supplemental indenture

New York, Aug. 12 – California Street CLO XII LTD./California Street CLO XII LLC said it is seeking input from noteholders regarding a proposed third supplemental indenture.

The issuer and co-issuer seek to amend certain terms no sooner than Sept. 9.

The indenture for this CLO, which originates to Oct. 24, 2013, has been previously amended via supplemental indentures as of March 29, 2016 and April 17, 2017.

The CLO was formerly known as Symphony CLO XII Ltd., Symphony CLO XII LLC.
