Chicago, Dec. 23 – China SCE Group Holdings Ltd. sold an additional $150 million of 5.95% senior notes due 2024, according to an announcement.
The new notes will form a single series with the $300 million of notes that were issued on March 29.
Proceeds will be used primarily for refinancing certain existing offshore debt due within the next year.
UBS AG Hong Kong Branch is the global coordinator, bookrunner and lead manager for the Regulation S issue.
China SCE is a Xiamen, China-based property developer.
