Color Spot Holdings seven-member unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, June 6 – Color Spot Holdings, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Dave Wyatt of Express Seed Co. of Oberlin, Ohio; Andy Stavrou of Ball Horticultural Co. of Chicago; Kenneth Hebert of Nursery Supplies Inc. of Chambersburg, Pa.; Mark Nelson of Abbott-Ipco, Inc. of Dallas; Mike Mandell of Ryder Transportation Services of Miami; Karla Vukelich of Diablo, Calif.; and Shaun Setareh, representing Pascual Olivares.

Color Spot is a Temecula, Calif.-based flower grower and distributor. The company filed bankruptcy on May 29 under Chapter 11 case number 18-11272.
