Argentina’s Cablevision amends $217.3 million loan with Citibank

Olympia, Wash., March 22 – Cablevision Holding SA amended its $217.3 million loan with Citibank, NA as administrative agent, according to a company announcement.

The maturity was set to the earlier of (a) the date that is 18 months from the amendment effective date, and the date on which the loan will become due and payable in full, whether by acceleration or otherwise.

The amendment effective date will be March 25, subject to some conditions.

Interest was set at Libor plus 575 basis points initially, stepping up to 650 bps after six months and 725 bps after one year.

Lenders Citibank, Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Dubai (DIFC) Branch and Itaú Unibanco SA, Nassau Branch were the arrangers for the loan.

Cablevision is a cable television company based in Buenos Aires.
