Coniston CLO redeems floating-rate, subordinated notes due 2024

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 31 – Coniston CLO BV said the funds required for an optional redemption of its notes in an amount equal to €59,510,890.25 were applied on Jan. 30 to redeem several classes of notes, according to a notice.

The following were redeemed:

• €226.9 million class Al senior floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €56.7 million class A2 senior floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €24.6 million class B deferrable interest floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €24 million class C deferrable interest floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €17.6 million class D deferrable interest floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €19.6 million class E deferrable interest floating-rate notes due 2024;

• €6.4 million class F deferrable interest floating-rate notes due 2024; and

• €33.2 million class G subordinated notes due 2024.
