Cathedral Lake may redeem classes of notes via refinancing proceeds

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, June 22 – Cathedral Lake II, Ltd. as issuer and Cathedral Lake II, LLC as co-issuer may redeem some of all classes of notes by way of a refinancing.

Holders or beneficial owners of the issuer’s subordinated notes have begun discussions about a possible redemption of the notes by using proceeds of a replacement issue, according to a company notice.

The issuers would be required to redeem the notes if directed to do so by holders of a majority of the subordinated notes, the release noted.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
