Hong Kong’s Concord New Energy plans dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 6 – Concord New Energy Group Ltd. plans to offer dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a notice.

Merrill Lynch International, BOC International and China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch are the bookrunners and lead managers, with Merrill Lynch as global coordinator for the Regulation S offering.

The issue size, offer price and interest rate will be determined through a book-building process.

Proceeds will be used to fund wind and solar power projects, repay existing debts and for general corporate purposes.

Concord is a wind power and solar power investment holding company based in Hong Kong.
