S&P rates Dongxing Securities BBBs

S&P said it assigned its BBB long-term and A-2 short-term issuer credit ratings to Dongxing Securities Co. Ltd.

The outlook is positive.

The agency said the rating reflects a view that Dongxing Securities is a highly strategic subsidiary of China Orient Asset Management Co. Ltd., and it is an indirect beneficiary of extraordinary Chinese government support through the parent if needed.
