S&P cuts Conduent, puts ratings on watch

S&P said it cut Conduent Inc. to BB from BB+ and placed all its ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications.

S&P also downgraded its other Conduent ratings by one notch.

“The CreditWatch placement follows Conduent's announcement that it plans to conduct a strategic and operational portfolio review and evaluate the possibility of divesting some or all of its key business lines,” said S&P in a press release.
