Columbia Management plans $495.85 million refinancing of Cent CLO 22

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 10 – Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC is planning to issue $495.85 million of new notes to refinance four existing classes of Cent CLO 22 Ltd./Cent CLO 22 Corp. notes, according to a press release.

The 10-year notes will be issued to refinance the class A-1, A-2a, A-2b and B notes.

The following will be issued on Nov. 7:

• $383.75 million of class A-1-R notes;

• $40.8 million of class A-2a-R notes;

• $30 million of class A-2b-R notes; and

• $41.3 million of class B-R notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
