CBOE Holdings intends to price sale of single-tranche senior notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 9 – CBOE Holdings Inc. plans to conduct an offering of fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call until the par call date and then a par call.

BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Chicago’s CBOE Holdings is the holding company for Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc., CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC, C2 Options Exchange, Inc. and other subsidiaries.
