Cirtek Holdings Philippines plans to offer $30 million of notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 16 – Cirtek Holdings Philippines Corp. plans to issue $30 million of corporate notes, according to a 17-C filing with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Thursday, Cirtek’s board of directors approved a resolution for the company to enter into a note facility agreement with Bank of the Philippine Islands.

Through its subsidiaries, Cirtek provides services including wafer probing, wafer back grinding, assembly, packaging and final testing for semiconductor devices and offers manufacturing solutions for radio frequency (RF), microwave and millimeterwave technology products. The company is based in Laguna, Philippines.
