Connacher Oil and Gas stay of proceedings extended through June 28

Columbus, Ohio, March 15 – Connacher Oil and Gas Ltd.’s Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act stay of proceedings was extended through June 28 by the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, according to a news release.

As previously reported, the company has been operating under the protection of the CCAA since May 17, 2016.

Connacher is a Calgary, Alta.-based developer, producer and marketer of bitumen from oil sands. It made a CCAA filing on May 17, 2016.
