Cushman & Wakefield prepays $50 million of term loan due 2025

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 9 – Cushman & Wakefield said it prepaid $50 million of its term loan due 2025 in the first quarter of 2024, according to a news release.

The company estimated that the prepayment and the previously reported repricing of its $998 million term loan B due 2030 at SOFR plus 375 basis points, a 25-bps reduction, will result in cash interest expense savings of about $6 million annually.

Cushman & Wakefield is a Chicago-based commercial real estate services company.
