Olympia, Wash., March 13 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $550,000 of 0% contingent buffered notes due Sept. 10, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the index falls by up to 17.6%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 17.6%, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
