Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.06 million of 0% buffered digital plus securities due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital return amount of 20%.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 20% buffer.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
