Chicago, June 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $788,780 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Jan. 5, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain up to a maximum return of 28.2%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
