New Issue: Citigroup prices $750,000 three-year buffer securities on index basket

Knoxville, Tenn., April 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $750,000 of 0% buffer securities due March 4, 2021 linked to a basket of three equally weighted indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The underlying components are the S&P 500 index, Euro Stoxx 50 index and Nikkei 225 index.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any basket gain. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
