New Issue: Citigroup prices $3.16 million buffered digital notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Oct. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.16 million 0% buffered digital notes due July 23, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes at or above its 90% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement payment of $1,163 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
