New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.96 million autocallable securities linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.96 million of 0% autocallable market-linked securities due Nov. 4, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 10% if the index closes at or above the initial index level on Oct. 31, 2023.

If the notes are not called and the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
